St. George's Grammar School has been affiliated by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations also known as CISCE. CISCE is globally accepted private board of school education which is popular for its balanced syllabus and its recognition by various foreign education systems in compare to any other board in India. CISCE board affilitaion code for St. George's Grammar School is AP006. Though this school is affiliated with Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations but one must note that affiliation is not permanent, their current affiliation status is provisional. Usually The school can apply for Permanent Affiliation after registering the first batch of students for the ICSE Class X Examination.

English is endorsed language of communication in classrooms and St. George's Grammar School has authorized english as medium of instruction and preferred textbook language as well. To provide a distraction free, focused and harmonious learning environment for students school management has decided to keep the school boys only i.e. girls are not allowed to take admission in St. George's Grammar School. This school has been granted the affiliation for Indian Certificate of Secondary Education examination and Indian School Certificate examinations by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations that being said that this school is authorized to conduct examination for 12th and 10th both classes, which is good thing as student will not need switch school after 10th class.St. George's Grammar School does not provide boarding facility to there students.

St. George's Grammar School is 1849th best school of India and its 36th best school out of 37 CISCE Schools in Telangana. Performance wise this school belongs to the category of worst schools in India, We feel sorry for students over here. Students getting educated from here shall kiss a goodbye to their career(or may be switch school next year), and one planning to take admission should stay clear from here, In fact proper home schooling shall be better than this school, No we are not getting hyper its actually the worst, there is no bad schools than this school. Bar cannot go down any further, we are not sure if teachers at all come to class room, and May they get offended but I do not care, there management is plain lazy and care less. Education word is joke over here
